I take two tablets of Mag Glycinate every night before bedtime. It helps me sleep better, ..., and it gives me the magnesium my body needs. I've been using product for over 7 years and am very pleased with it.

Less Cramping

I have been using this product for over three years in conjunction with 200 mg. of CQ10 and it has stopped my muscle cramping all together, I would wake up at two or three in the morning with terrible cramping in both of my legs. I take two tablets in the morning with the 200mg. of CQ10.

Poor Packaging

The product is great! However, ordered 2 bottles but one was broken and product was scattered on the inside of the box!! Packaging was paper rather than cardboard as usual.
