In the past, I've tried using Melatonin products which tend to work for me. They help you sleep, but sometimes I still wake up. This product has only 3 mg of melatonin, which is less than the 10 I usually take. However I have slept better, and had vivid dreams with this product and I think it must be the Kava root extract, which is supposed to help you calm down before asleep. I only use the 1 capsule, and before sleep I do some light stretching, take the MetaSleep and then listen to a calm story. I'm normally asleep within 7 minutes (I never finish the calm story) and stay asleep the whole night. If you want to fall asleep easily and stay asleep, try this product out. I received this product in exchange for writing a review. With that being said, as someone who constantly struggles with staying asleep at night, I was very excited to give this a try. I saw a huge improvement in my sleep, and even when I did wake up in the middle of the night, I found I was able to go right back to sleep versus tossing and turning when I did not take the pill. The instructions said to take 1-2 pills before bed, but I did just 1 pill each night and it worked great for me. (Promotional Review)

This product has a calming effect without being too drowsy. I do wake up during the night but can go back to sleep easily. Works well and I feel comfortable taking it as I do not feel the after effect that some sleep meds give me in the morning. (Promotional Review)
