I woke up feeling achy in the morning and took 2 soft gels with a full glass of water and my body felt much better throughout the day. A natural pain reliever that acts fast and lasts 6 hours. It's natural ingredients include, Black Sesame Sesamum indicum Seed Oil, Turmeric Curcuma longa Rhizome Extract, and Indian Frankincense which soothe soreness in the neck, back, upper & lower limbs.
